TOP ROCKER
The name "Sons of Thunder" was chosen from a passage in the book
of Mark 3:17. This was the name given to the apostles "James & John" by
Jesus.
BOTTOM PATCH
"ROAD TO SALVATION"
The road to salvation is not a physical road. The road to salvation is a spiritual
road. The Bible teaches us that we have been called out of the world. Since
the "Road to Salvation" is spritual, we claim no part of the world.
COLORS
Dark blue background with gold lettering. The gold symbolizes Heaven. In the
Bible in the book of Revelation chapter 21, the Holy City, Jerusalem comes
down out of Heaven. In this chapter is a description of the Holy City. Chapter
21:18; The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as
glass. Again in chapter 21:21; the twelve gates were twelve pearls, each
gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of pure gold,
like transparent glass.
THREE CROSSES
The three crosses are symbolic of the Trinity, the Trinity being God the Father,
God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The white color of the crosses symbolizes
the purity and righteousness of Christ.
THE BIKER
The man on the motorcycle symbolizes missionaries to bikers.
